To get to Shibuya Hikarie, exit the JR South ticket gate or the Inokashira Line ticket gate and take the connecting passage to cross Meiji-dori Street, and you will arrive on the 2nd floor.
If you're using Tokyu or Metro, you can access it directly from Shibuya Hikarie Gate 1 or Gate 2, or from Exit 15.

The above is the floor map of Hikarie's 11th floor.
The 11th floor of Shibuya Hikarie is called the "Sky Lobby", and it houses the office entrance, a Lawson convenience store, an Italian restaurant, and the Tokyu Theatre Orb.
Rather than a commercial facility, it's more of a space for Hikarie's offices.
To get to the 11F Sky Lobby, you can access it by the escalator located near 【4】 on the left side of the map.
The escalator connects from the 8F restaurant floor.
And, on the way to the office entrance from the escalator near 【4】, there was a place to sit and take a break.

There were 3 flat cushion benches, each with a capacity of 6 people.
The Sky Lobby has wide passages, and can accommodate about 20 people, making it convenient when you come to Hikarie with a group or want to take a relaxing break.
It might be due to the Obon holiday, but when I visited around 20:00 on a Saturday, I was surprised at how many people were using it.
I thought there would be hardly anyone there, since the Sky Lobby is a little ways up the escalator from the 8th floor...
And, the best feature of this resting place is, without a doubt, the night view!
From the glass windows of Hikarie's Sky Lobby, you can enjoy the dynamic night view of Shibuya!
There's no time to sit still!

Since it was my first time there, I only had my smartphone, so the photos aren't very clear, haha.
With a proper camera, I think you can take beautiful photos of Shibuya's night view!
By the way, there were many people taking photos of the night view on the 9th floor...
I almost wanted to say, "There's a good photo spot just two floors up!" Haha.
The Sky Lobby of Hikarie is also recommended as a free date spot in Shibuya.
You can enjoy it as a sightseeing spot in Shibuya or with your family ♪
By the way, speaking of Sky Lobby...
The "Hankyu Building 15F Sky Lobby Resting Place and Night View" in the Kansai region is famous!
Which night view do you prefer, Hikarie or Hankyu?
Also, for those who would rather rest and relax instead of the night view,
Please go to the "Shibuya Hikarie Aoyama-dori Side Elevator Sofa"!
So, why not use it as a resting place near Shibuya when you're shopping at Shibuya Hikarie?
