Daizawakusa-no-Oka Hiroba is a small rest spot located along the promenade near the Daizawa San-saro intersection.
If you walk straight from the South Exit of Shimokitazawa Station through the shopping street, you will arrive at the Daizawa San-saro intersection.
From the San-saro intersection, proceed towards Daizawa Mikokoro Nursery School, and you'll find the plaza a little further along the promenade (is it a culvert?) that leads to Awashima Kindergarten and Shogen-ji Temple, heading towards Shimokitazawa Station.
※ If you're not sure about the location, please use the route search at the bottom of the page!

As you're walking along the promenade thinking, "I wonder if there's a place to sit and rest," you'll find the entrance to a place called Daizawakusa-no-Oka Hiroba.

Although it's not a very large space, it was a well-maintained rest spot.
It's characterized by the presence of a well next to the benches.
It's a small hill and has a walking path, allowing you to walk through the residential area as well.

Two single benches were installed.
The benches are in good condition, and I think you can use them to take a break in the Shimokitazawa South Exit area.
The surrounding plants are also well-maintained, not overgrown, so it was comfortable.
It might also be convenient when you want to eat your lunch quickly.
Also, there is the "Kitazawagawa Greenway," which has beautiful cherry blossom trees nearby, so please stop by!
So, why not use it as a rest area when sightseeing or shopping in Shimokitazawa?
