Busta Shinjuku is a facility that spans from the 2nd to the 4th floors, with its functions divided by floor: "the 2nd floor is Shinjuku Station, the 3rd floor is the highway bus drop-off area, and the 4th floor is the highway bus boarding area".
The 3rd floor is also a taxi pick-up and drop-off area, so if you want to hail a taxi in Shinjuku, go to the 3rd floor.
To get to Busta Shinjuku, it's directly connected to the New South Ticket Gate of JR Shinjuku Station, and NEWoMan, Takashimaya, and the Southern Terrace are landmarks.

There's a pedestrian deck on the 3rd floor, up the outside escalators from the 2nd floor's Shinjuku Station New South Ticket Gate.
You can access the 3rd floor from the escalators on the deck below the floor map.
And, there's a place on the pedestrian deck where you can sit and take a break!

Many benches have been set up!
This is convenient for waiting for the bus at Busta Shinjuku or as a meeting place at Shinjuku Station.
This is because I often see tweets saying, "The benches inside Busta Shinjuku are often full and there's no place to sit!"
With an open feeling deck, it's perfect for a break if the weather is nice.
You can also use it when you want to eat lunch boxes in the south exit area of Shinjuku Station. After all, it's only a 2-minute walk from the ticket gate.
There are many seats and the deck is spacious, so it's helpful to remember if you want to take a break with your family with children in Shinjuku!
Furthermore...

You can enjoy the illumination of the NTT Docomo Yoyogi Building, which is reminiscent of the skyscrapers of New York, and the night view of Times Square ♪
You can enjoy the night view of Shinjuku for free, so I think it's also active as a date spot in Shinjuku!
Also, the "Suica's Penguin Square in front of the New South Ticket Gate" is also recommended, so please use it together!
So, why not use it as a place to take a break and sit down in Shinjuku?
