To get to Shinjuku Nomura Building, go along the Oume Kaido road from the rotary in Shinjuku West Exit or "Shinjuku Dai-Gado Nishi." You'll find it in front of the Shinjuku Police Station.
Shinjuku Nomura Building is an office building that houses restaurants such as Subway and Doutor as tenants.
And, there is a seating area for a break along Oume Kaido road in front of Shinjuku Nomura Building.

There are 8 single stone benches.
This rest area creates a stylish atmosphere with a gate-shaped frame object and white-based benches.
The steps to the rest area and the translucent glass of the atrium are also nice, aren't they?
As for the environment of the rest area, since it is located on Oume Kaido, a main road, it gives a slightly unsettling impression, but I think it is perfect when you want to take a short break.
There is a lot of foot traffic on the sidewalk in front of the rest area, but most people access the building from the underground passage, so there is no feeling of the typical Shinjuku crowds.
Also, since the Shinjuku Police Station is nearby, it seems that the safety is assured.
I also took pictures of the back side of the rest area by going around the building.
The back side...!?

I think you can get a good idea of the rest area now.
Don't you think it looks pretty good for being near Shinjuku Station!?
It's also convenient as a meeting place in Shinjuku, isn't it?
The "Table Seating under the Weeping Cherry Blossoms of Joenji Temple" in front of the picture has free Wi-Fi available, so it's convenient to remember.
Also, the "Shinjuku Nomura Building 1F Public Open Space" on the back side of the building is spacious and is a good place to have lunch!
So, why not use it as a meeting place or a place to take a break in Shinjuku?
