Olto Yokohama, including the UR Tower Mansion "Olto Yokohama View Tower," is made up of a business center, Viewpolis, and Mall Court.
What I'm introducing this time is the bench on the deck of "Olto Mall Court 2F," where family restaurants are located.
In front of the restaurants is a deck plaza with stools and square benches.
(I was curious about the pot-like object in the middle...)
The square benches have trees and outdoor lights. It's an environment that's easy to use even at night without getting dark.
There's also plenty of space, so it seems like you can sit and rest even with children or a stroller.
The stone stools are integrated with lights that illuminate the feet.
The facility was relatively clean because it opened in 2000 after redeveloping the site where Showa Denko and Nippon Kokan's company housing used to be.
Since it's directly connected to the station by the deck, it can also be used as a meeting place or a place to eat lunch from Shinkoyasu.
Also, there is a plaza with a gazebo a little further ahead.
So, why not try using it as a place to take a break and sit down at Shinkoyasu Station?
