When you exit the ticket gates of Shioiri Station and head towards Shoppers and Dobuita Street, you'll find a bus rotary.
And, I found a place to sit and relax on the Yokosuka APT side next to the rotary!

There was a circular stone bench that can seat 10 people.
There's a public restroom nearby, and it's in a prominent location from the station, making it convenient for meeting up in Shioiri.
The environment is, to be honest, a bit so-so, but since there isn't a bustling shopping district nearby, it was relatively quiet.

A bench bustling with pigeons. Pigeons, pigeons, pigeons...
I visited in the middle of summer, and the shade of the trees planted right in the center of the bench provided a good spot to rest, avoiding direct sunlight.
When sightseeing on Dobuita Street, you can use this spot to organize your luggage or as a meeting place.
You can probably manage a light meal there.
So, how about using this as a resting place in Shioiri?
