To get to NEWoMan, exit the Miraina Tower ticket gate at JR Shinjuku Station and you'll find the entrance to NEWoMan directly in front of you.
It's also directly connected to the New South Exit of JR Shinjuku Station.
NEWoMan is home to stylish cafes, restaurants, apparel shops, and various other tenants, and it tends to be relatively crowded on weekends.
On the 3rd floor, there's an entrance to an outdoor terrace called the "South Terrace," where you can find seating areas to relax.
There are long stone benches where you can sit and rest.
The terrace is lush with greenery, making it a relaxing spot where you can feel close to nature, even though you're near Shinjuku.
When I visited on weekends and holidays, there were hardly any people, so I could relax in peace.
It's a great recommendation if you want to take a break and relax away from the crowds in Shinjuku.
Also, since it's a quiet environment, it's a perfect resting spot for working, organizing job-hunting materials, or taking phone calls.
Please note that it's outdoors, so there's no roof to protect you from rain or sunlight.
On a nice day, it's also a great place to enjoy a lunchbox in Shinjuku!
And if you prefer indoors, I recommend the rest area in front of "NEWoMan 4F" at eye nail.
Why not take a break at NEWoMan and use it as a resting place with seating while you're shopping around Shinjuku?
