To get to NEWoMan, exit the Miraina Tower ticket gate at JR Shinjuku Station and you'll find the entrance to NEWoMan directly in front of you.
It's also directly connected to the New South Exit of JR Shinjuku Station.
NEWoMan is filled with stylish cafes, restaurants, apparel shops, and miscellaneous goods stores, so it tends to be quite crowded on weekends and holidays.
And, there are several places to sit and take a break on the 4th floor of NEWoMan.
There's a bench that can accommodate about 8 people in the narrow passage in front of "EYE&NAIL THE TOKYO".
My first impression was, "There's a bench here!" It's located in a place that's not easily noticed.
Therefore, it's recommended if you want to take a relaxing break at NEWoMan!
It's a well-lit rest area with a good amount of natural light, as it faces an outdoor terrace!
There were planters with ornamental plants, giving it a stylish atmosphere.
I don't know much about it, but there was a collaboration piece between JOJO and NEWoMan on display.

When I checked on weekends and holidays, the escalators and restrooms had high foot traffic, giving an unsettled impression.
Also, although it's outdoors, the "NEWoMan 6F outdoor terrace" has a sense of openness and is a hidden spot for taking a break, and is usually empty.
So, why not use these spots for a break while shopping at NEWoMan or as a place to sit and relax around Shinjuku?
