As soon as you exit the South Exit of Nakano Station, you'll find a rest area on the first floor of Nakano South Terra, which is currently under construction.
It's located in front of restaurants like Yoshinoya and Katsuya (as of March 2024).
In March 2024, the building construction was still underway, so there weren't many people around, and not many people were sitting down.
