Actually, it's a hidden gem near the National Stadium. Right by Exit A1.
Officially, it's called
Meiji Jingu Swimming Pool East Garden North Obancho Rest Area Ruins.
This area.
You might know it as the former Meiji Jingu Swimming Pool, the Jingu Pool site, or near Mumei Bridge. If you've been using Jingu Stadium or the National Stadium for a long time, you might be familiar with Suimeitei, an old-fashioned eatery. It was redeveloped as public open space along with the Mitsui Hotel. It has a relaxed atmosphere from morning till night, and it's highly recommended. In the morning, it's a perfect spot to enjoy freshly baked bread from the bakery attached to the hotel.
Actually, it's a very historical and niche area.
