"A campus open to the community"
This is a space near the border of Ritsumeikan University's campus and Iwakura Park, which have been developed together. (Strictly speaking, it seems to be within the grounds of Ritsumeikan University.)
Iwakura Park is a spacious disaster prevention park, and children play there energetically on holidays.

On the university side, there's a Starbucks and stylish restaurants, and there are plenty of benches in the surrounding area, making it a comfortable and pleasant space.
(It was relatively empty when I visited on a holiday evening, but it may be crowded with students on weekdays)
Let's use the space within the range that does not interfere with the research and educational activities of the university.
