After exiting the ticket gates, head south (towards the sea side) and you'll find a roundabout where it is located. It's outdoors, but there's a small roof.
I thought it might be a waiting bench for buses and taxis, but it's not in front of the bus or taxi stops, so you seem free to sit there.
You can also sit on the edge of the flowerbeds nearby.
