There's a small park to the west, where benches are set up.
This park features a Manyoshu poetry monument, inscribed with poems by Otomo no Tabito and Tsukushi no Otome Kojima.
Additionally, there's a monument called "Heisei no Futatsu-iwa" (Two Rocks of the Heisei Era), inspired by the legend of the "Taiko no Futatsu-iwa," which tells of how Toyotomi Hideyoshi tried to use the protective stones of this area when building Osaka Castle, but they split in two.
