There are two stone benches near the pier where you board the ship on the sea side of Kojima Tourist Port.
They look like they can accommodate a large number of people, but please be aware if you are a non-smoker as there are ashtrays.
There are also two-tiered wooden benches nearby, which may be a platform for group photos. Although, it is not particularly a place for taking group photos, the details are unknown.
