Since the elevators from the ground to the second floor, where the north-south free passage is located, are available 24 hours a day, I judged that the seats are also probably available 24 hours a day, and thus, I set it to be available all day.
There are also antique decorations on the upper part of the free passage, giving it an elegant feel.
