Located on the second-floor artificial ground in front of the station (the station square), it's temporarily set up in front of the station building on the east exit side.
It seems like events are also held in this space. It's part of a social experiment utilizing the public space called Terrace Seki.
Although it was scheduled to be temporary until November 2022, it was still in place in late January 2023 when I took the photos.
Apparently, the installation has been extended until the end of February 2023. Whether the installation will be extended or removed after March is unknown.
