Fukusaki Town has recently been promoting itself as a town of Yokai (Japanese monsters), and you'll find Yokai monuments all over! There's even a cylindrical water tank monument in front of the station, where a Kappa (water imp) named Gajiro appears every 15 minutes to promote the town.
