Installed on the pedestrian walkway of the Gofuku Bridge over the Inagawa River.
It is near the Hanshin Expressway No. 11 Ikeda Route interchange, and there is a lot of traffic.
In the middle of the bridge, there is a sign indicating the border between Kawanishi City, Hyogo Prefecture, and Ikeda City, Osaka Prefecture.
The benches seem to depict the Kawanishi City flower, the Gentian, and the Ikeda City flower, the Azalea.
