From JR's Akashi-Asagiri Station or Sanyo Electric Railway's Nishi-Maiko Station, head towards the Akemi-Danchi housing complex, and you'll find a park with plenty of seating.
It's a bit of a walk from the stations, but it's a spacious and peaceful park.
