When I first saw it, there was no chain, but it was put up around 4:15 p.m. when I took the picture.
Azaleas and maple trees are planted here, so it must be beautiful in spring and autumn.
You can access the facility by elevator from inside, or by a long staircase or a very long slope from the outside.
Stop by while you sit. Enjoy takeout, cafes, etc.
