You can walk to Shiba Park and Tokyo Tower from Akabanebashi Station.
Shiba Park is a very large area, and this time we will introduce the No. 18 area, "Nobinobi Hiroba (Stretching Plaza) / Ikiiki Hiroba (Vibrant Plaza)," which is right in front of Tokyo Tower.

You might not know what the "No.〇" of Shiba Park refers to, but it's located in the upper left of the Shiba Park map, right next to Tokyo Tower.
To get to the No. 18 Nobinobi Hiroba and Ikiiki Hiroba, exit Akabanebashi Station from the Akabanebashi Exit, and walk along Sakura-dori Street towards Shiba Park. You'll see it on your left.
It's located in front of Tofu-ya Ukai.

Pen-ta's first words when entering the park from the main street were, "Wow!"
From the No. 18 area, you can see the impressive Tokyo Tower up close! Wonderful!

No. 18 is spacious despite being so close to Tokyo Tower, and I think it will be a great resting spot when you visit Tokyo Tower for sightseeing!

There are pergolas and benches near the exercise zone called Nobinobi Hiroba.
You can see many people with children and families here♪

It looks like handles were attached to the square benches as an afterthought.
...Perhaps to prevent people from lying down?
Anyway, it's designed so that you can secure your private space even if other people are sitting there.

There are three 3-seater benches on the opposite side of Nobinobi Hiroba.
I recommend this bench because you can admire Tokyo Tower right in front of you while sitting♪

Sturdy benches that look like they belong in a garden. Maybe they look like something in Disneyland?
It seems like a good place to relax and read a book♪
Also, it seems to be usable as a place to eat your lunch near Tokyo Tower.

Now, we're back in Nobinobi Hiroba. There was a "Stretching Bench" near the beautifully blooming plum trees.
The curve of the backrest is wonderful, and you're sure to say "Ah" when you lean back.
If you do a lot of desk work, stretching your shoulders and neck will feel really good♪

Here it is! The abdominal exercise bench!
A luxurious bench where you can do abdominal exercises while admiring Tokyo Tower.
A niche piece of information, but there is also a bench where you can do abdominal exercises while admiring Tokyo Tower at "Shiba Kyusui-jo Park".

You've probably guessed by now, but Nobinobi Hiroba is a sports spot where exercise equipment is lined up in the park, and you can stretch your body!
And the horizontal bar. You'll get hooked on this too!
First, it feels good to stretch your arms and shoulder blades on the horizontal bar....
Also, there are hanging rings on the right side of the photo, where you can hang and stretch your back and shoulders.
But since the position of the hanging rings is quite high, you have to jump to grab them (laughs)
This park is recommended for those who want to relieve stiff shoulders around Tokyo Tower!

Now, there is "Ikiiki Hiroba" in the back of the park.
It's a spot that can be used for exercise and activities on a wide area.
It's also suitable for those with children and those who want to play as a family!
There are also benches, so you can relax and take a break.
Also, there were some playground equipment next to Ikiiki Hiroba.

No. 18 was an oasis-like spot where you can relax, with many benches and exercise equipment, even though it's in the heart of the city near Tokyo Tower♪
We recommend you to stop by when you visit Tokyo Tower for sightseeing!
Also, there are benches at a place called "Shiba Park Physical Fitness Measurement Health Promenade" on the Akabanebashi Station side, so why not check it out?

So, how about using it as a resting place where you can sit down around Akabanebashi Station?
