To get to Tokyo Garden Terrace, go to Akasaka-mitsuke Station and head towards the Akasaka Exit B, C, and D. You can take the Akasaka Underground Pedestrian Passage and then proceed towards Exit D. You'll find it there.
Alternatively, you can access it directly from Exit 9a of Nagatacho Station.
Tokyo Garden Terrace is an area that embodies the concept of a multi-complex urban city, featuring offices, commercial facilities, and gardens.
The 3rd floor of Tokyo Garden Terrace is also known as the "Daruma-zaka Terrace," a name that gives off a slightly sophisticated vibe.
And there are seating areas near the escalators in the restaurant floor, in front of "Akasaka Toriko" and "Kioicho Sasaki."

There is a sofa bench that seats 12 people around the pillars.
It's a rest area that feels somewhat luxurious, befitting of Kioicho.
This sofa is more comfortable than you might expect, and the back cushions make it a pleasant place to relax.
It's comfortable because a pleasant breeze comes in from near the stairs to the terrace.
The manager, Pen-ta, also took a break here for a while.
Regarding the degree of congestion, when checked around 3:00 PM on Golden Week, there were no users.
However, it might be crowded during mealtimes.
Also, free Wi-Fi "TGT_Kioicho_Wi-Fi" is available at Kioi Terrace!
For more details, please refer to the official website.
As a fun fact, the name "Kioicho" is derived from combining one character each from the Kii Tokugawa family, the Oiwari Tokugawa family, and the Hikone Ii family.
When I learned this, I thought, "Oh! I see! It makes sense since it was a town where the daimyo mansions were located!"
So, why not use it as a rest area with seating around Akasaka-mitsuke Station and Nagatacho Station?
