When in Akihabara, you've got to check out Yodobashi Akiba!
To get there, simply exit the JR Central Ticket Gate and cross the intersection in front of the bus rotary.
Alternatively, it's right in front of the JR Showa-dori Exit, Hibiya Line, and Tsukuba Express!
And guess what? There's a spot in front of Yodobashi Camera, which is a famous meeting place in Akihabara, where you can sit and take a break!
There are many benches set up in front of Yodobashi Camera on the JR Central Exit and bus rotary side!
It's a wide rest area that spans the entire width of the building, so it's recommended as a meeting spot for groups or get-togethers in Akihabara, and for taking a break while sightseeing.
There's no roof, but there are benches that provide shade from the trees.
It seems like there are benches where you can rest while avoiding direct sunlight in the summer.
Perhaps because I visited on a Sunday, many people were using it as a meeting place in Akihabara.
Yodobashi Camera is easily accessible from Akihabara Station and is located in a very noticeable spot.
So, it's convenient to remember this spot when you want to take a quick break in Akihabara!
It can also be used as a place to eat your lunchbox near Akihabara Station.
If you want to take a longer break, I recommend the "Akihabara UDX 2F JR Side Deck" on the Electric Town side!
So, why not use it as a place to sit and take a break around Akihabara while you're shopping at Yodobashi Camera?
