Located next to the golf bridge that leads from Todoroki Station to Todoroki Valley.
The bridge has an unusual name, which comes from the former Tamagawa Golf Course.
It was destroyed in an air raid and is now a Tokyo Metropolitan Housing complex and Tamagawa Nogemachi Park.
There is a small pocket park-like space next to the golf bridge.
There are three stools.
It seems useful as a meeting spot or a place to take a short break when visiting Todoroki Valley, but be careful as there may be many insects depending on the season.
