At the entrance to Edogawa Park along the Kanda River from Edogawabashi Station, you'll find Edogawabashi Bridge.

The Kanda River and Edogawabashi Bridge are directly beneath the expressway, and there is the entrance to Edogawa Park.
The stone monument in the park is really cool.

There are three three-seater benches under the weeping cherry trees.
It might be a good spot for cherry blossom viewing at Edogawabashi.

Here is a circular bench under the Taiwan cherry blossoms.
I visited on a weekend, and on days with good weather, many people were using the benches.
