There's a plaza and benches at Exit A1 of Nakano-sakaue Station.

The cylindrical metro entrance is a landmark.

There are plants and benches in the plaza, where you can sit and relax.

It can also be used as a place to eat lunch boxes or as a remote work spot in Nakano-sakaue.

There are also objects and lawns.
Also, I've uploaded a video of my visit on YouTube, so I think you'll get a good feel for the place right away.
So, why not use it as a resting place to sit down around Nakano-sakaue Station?
