Shibasaki Central Park is located a short walk from the south exit of Tachikawa Station.

This rare park is only open from 9:00 to 16:00 on weekdays.
Perhaps this is due to security reasons...

There were two benches for two people each.
The park is quite spacious, but there are few benches.

But there are also places where you can sit on the edge, so you can use it when you want to eat lunch around the south exit of Tachikawa Station.

There are also public restrooms.
