"Park in front of IBM Headquarters"
Hakozaki Park is located near Suitengumae Station, heading towards the IBM headquarters.
Hakozaki is famous for the Hakozaki JCT. I visited in the evening, and it was empty and relaxing.
It's surprisingly spacious. I also saw families using the park.
The circular approach is lovely.
There are benches that can seat three people scattered around.
There are also slides and sandboxes in the back.
There is also a public restroom that looks well-maintained.
During the day, it seems to be used as a meeting place for businessmen on business trips to IBM. I would do the same.
