If you just look at this part, it might seem like a bench in a jungle, but it's a bench in the urban areas of Toshima and Shinjuku Wards.

I loved the bright blue elephant slide!

I got takeout and enjoyed a relaxing time on the park bench.

Also, a bakery is nearby, so I recommend it as well.
