"Away from the hustle and bustle of the city"
Located along Oizumi Kaido road, from the north exit of Oizumi Gakuen Station to the Myoen-ji intersection, you'll find Myoen-ji Temple.

This temple, of the Nichiren sect, was founded around 1500.
It's on the way to the Toei Animation Museum, so it's a great place to visit.

The modern main hall is beautiful. The name "Baikozan" written there is the mountain name of Myoen-ji Temple.

There's an open shelter and benches where you can relax while gazing at a giant ginkgo tree.
Although it faces Oizumi Kaido road, it's a calm and quiet environment, offering a truly soothing experience.
So, why not consider using this area as a place to sit and rest around Oizumi Gakuen Station?
