"Lots of Benches"

Benches are lined up on the opposite side of Grand Emio Oizumi/Rizmo Oizumi from the north exit of Oizumi Gakuen Station.

It might be a little tricky to find, but you should be able to get there by heading to the opposite side of the station!

There are about 10 four-seater benches on the sidewalk on the Tipness side of the gym.

It's convenient because there isn't much foot traffic and there are many benches.

It's a great spot to meet up with someone at Oizumi Gakuen, or to quickly eat your lunch.

Also, the rooftop garden is also recommended.
