There are six two-seater benches in front of City Tower.
There are partitions like fences on both sides, three benches each, so you might feel a bit more relaxed as they subtly block the view of passersby.

This is a great spot to meet up with someone or enjoy your packed lunch in Musashi-Koyama!
I wonder if this was once a promenade, given the well-maintained benches.
