"Suddenly Forest"
Just a short walk from Myogadani Station, you'll find Senshun-en Garden.
It's located behind Kyoiku no Mori Park and the University of Tsukuba campus.

The entrance to Senshun-en Garden is on the back side of Kyoiku no Mori Park.

The garden is open from 8:00 to 19:00 from April to September, and from 8:00 to 17:00 from October to March.

It suddenly feels like you've entered a forest.
This was originally a garden of a mansion built by the Matsudaira family, but it's now a nature observation garden for the University of Tsukuba Elementary School.
As the name "Senshun-en" suggests, the garden is designed in the style of a Japanese garden.

There are benches along the walking paths.
Benches nestled in nature.

Perhaps a pond for observation. A deep green pond.
A forest that you wouldn't expect to find in the middle of the city.

There was also a pergola.

You can see the pond from the benches.
It's like a resting point on a mountain climb.

There are also benches near the statue.

This is a spot you'll want to visit if you're looking for a walk or to be surrounded by nature along the Marunouchi Line.
You might get hooked!
Also, we recommend this bench nearby.

So, why not consider using this as a resting place near Myogadani Station?
