"Also the Rose Garden"
You'll find the Izutsuya department store near the Ougai Bridge in Shikawa.
It has a main building and a new building, and this time we'll be visiting the main building.
On the 9th floor of the main building, there is a rooftop plaza called the Sky Garden.
It's the rooftop of Izutsuya!
There are also tables under the tarps.
It was relatively hot when I visited, but it was comfortable under the eaves.
Since there are tables, it's easy to use for families too, isn't it?

After passing through the garden, there are also benches with pergolas.
Roses bloom on both sides of the benches, don't they?
