"The Safe"
You'll find the entrance to Odori Bisse in the Chikaho, the underground pedestrian walkway.
Look for the sign for Odori Bisse.
Next to Bisse, there's Hamanasu Plaza, and you'll find four circular benches supported by rather thick pillars.
The safe object is quite eye-catching.
It's the former safe door of the Hokuyo Bank Odori Branch, and it's quite a novelty to see a safe like that.
The glass part is designed with the blocks around the Hokuyo Odori Center as a motif.
There's a Seicomart nearby the circular benches, which is convenient.
It's a good spot for meeting up or when you want to enjoy a convenience store bento (boxed lunch).
So, why not take advantage of this area as a resting spot around Nishi 4-chome Station?
