You can go out to the terrace from the 6th floor of Tokyu Plaza Harajuku "Harakado," and the terrace continues to the 7th floor.

There are several benches on the terrace.
It was a bit chaotic because there was an event going on, so this is a slightly rough report.
The tables on the terrace are for in-eat.

The rattan benches are also nice.
When you look at Harakado from the outside, you might see greenery on the upper floors, and you can sit on the benches surrounded by plants.

There are also outdoor outlets, which is great for charging your smartphone!

I couldn't take a picture of the whole picture, so I'll revisit it when it's a bit less crowded.
