"A Garden with a Lawn"
There is the Okuma Garden next to Waseda University. Anyone can enter.

This is a garden in the former residence of Shigenobu Okuma, located in a corner of the Waseda campus.
It has a lawn and a pond, and the contrast between the campus and the Rihga Royal Hotel is wonderful.

The garden is open from 9:00 to 17:00. In winter, it's open until 16:30.

There's a pergola next to the entrance.

It's a great place to take a break or read a book.

There is also a large table beyond the pond.
Having a picnic in Okuma Garden is also a good idea.

You can see a statue from the table...

It is the statue of Hozumi Tanaka, the composer of "Beautiful Nature."
He was the fourth president of Waseda University.

There is also a square mini table.

You can also relax in the garden away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
So, why not take advantage of this resting place near Waseda Station?
