To get to the C-one shopping center, go out the east exit of Chiba Station and you'll find it under the elevated tracks leading towards Chiba-Chuo Station.
It's a long shopping center, divided into blocks A to D.
And, I found a spot to sit and rest in front of Evangel in Block B, at the Seven Bank ATM and vending machine corner!

There's one 5-seater sofa set up.
There are photo booths and vending machines in front of the seats, so the aisle is narrow and the seats are a bit hard.
That's why it seems like a good place to take a quick break while shopping.

Also, there was a sign saying that eating and drinking are prohibited.
There are vending machines, so I think drinks are probably okay, but please be careful.
In addition, free Wi-Fi is available at the C-one shopping center.
It's a shopping center under the elevated tracks that looks a bit old, but it's surprisingly a convenient resting spot.
Also, there is a rest area nearby at "C-one C block Tenya side", so please use it as well.

So, why not take advantage of this spot as a place to sit and rest near Chiba Station while you're shopping at C-one?
