To get to C-one Shopping Center, go out the east exit of Chiba Station and you'll find it under the elevated tracks leading towards Chiba-Chuo Station.
It's a long shopping center, divided into blocks A through D.
And, I found a spot where you can sit and take a break next to Tenya in Block C!
There's one sofa bench that can seat 8 people.
The cushions are firm, but there's plenty of legroom, making it a great place to rest during your shopping.
There's an entrance/exit to C-one nearby, and the bench is in an easy-to-find spot, so it might be crowded depending on the time of day.
By the way, free Wi-Fi is available at the C-one Shopping Center.
It's a shopping center under the elevated tracks that looks a bit old, but it's surprisingly a convenient rest spot.
Also, there's a rest area nearby at "C-one B Block in front of Evangile", so be sure to check it out as well.
