From Tokyo Tower, you'll find Zojoji Temple and Shiba Park towards Daimon.
Shiba Park is quite expansive, and you might wonder, "Where exactly does Shiba Park begin and end!?"
Today, I'll introduce a rest area within a long, narrow park near Zojoji Temple, in front of Minato City Hall.
To get to in front of Minato City Hall, take the A6 exit from Daimon Station, cross the Shiba-Daimon intersection, and proceed to the right in front of Zojoji Temple.

When you walk straight from Daimon Station, you'll see the "San-Gedatsu Gate (Sanmon)."
To the right of this gate, you'll find Minato City Hall and the park.
By the way, the San-Gedatsu Gate is said to be the gate to liberate oneself from the three earthly desires: greed, anger, and foolishness.
Pen-ta will go through the gate...

Here we are at Minato City Hall. It's a beautiful building, isn't it, fitting for Minato-ku?
And there are two-seater wooden benches under the sunlight filtering through the trees.
This area is quiet, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing break.
Speaking of which, I heard that the cafeteria in Minato City Hall is delicious and offers great value. Does anyone know anything about it?

As I strolled through Shiba Park from the Sanmon gate, I found a pergola rest area!
It's surrounded by large trees, creating a lovely atmosphere.
It's also perfect for resting with children or families!

There were three two-seater benches lined up.
It seems nice to sit on this bench and read a book♪
It can also be used as a place to eat your lunch bought near Daimon Station!

On the side of Minato City Hall is the Prince Hotel.
There's also the Nitenmon Gate and Onarimon Gate (relocated to the Minato Library side) near the Prince, so you can enjoy a walk there~.
Let's take a break and relax on the bench.

And, a picture of the Tokyo Tower and the bench!
The white building is the Prince Hotel.
It's nice~, to take a break while looking at the Tokyo Tower... Oops, the bench was facing the wrong way (laughs).
However, there were also benches where you could see the Tokyo Tower through the trees, so be sure to look for them!
Also, the bench on the opposite side of the rest area I introduced this time, "Shiba Park Zojoji Temple Front", is also available, so why not use it when it's crowded!?

Also, the "Shiba Park No. 4, Bench with a view of Tokyo Tower" near Onarimon Station is a romantic bench and a must-see!

So, why not try using these places as resting spots in Daimon and Shiba Park?
