The Ebisu Skywalk is the name of the moving walkway that connects Ebisu Station and Ebisu Garden Place.
To get to the Ebisu Skywalk, exit the JR Ebisu Station East Exit ticket gate, go to the right, and walk towards Garden Place, and you'll see it.

The Skywalk is 400m long and takes 5 minutes to walk to Garden Place, so it feels like quite a distance.
Therefore, there are places to sit and rest between the moving walkways.

There are 3 two-seater wooden benches installed.
The above are benches near the entrance and exit of the Atre parking lot.
The Skywalk is characterized by "being able to move to Garden Place without being affected by rain or wind", so it's the same as being indoors.

These are standard wooden benches, but they have handrails and backrests, so they are sufficient seating for a rest.
This is a convenient resting place to remember when you want to take a break on the way to Garden Place or when you want to make a phone call in Ebisu.
It looks like it's quietly placed in a corner, but it's near the start and end points of the moving walkway, so it's quite noticeable.
Therefore, it may be better for those who are concerned about people's eyes or traffic to avoid it.

This is a bench placed next to the sign.
Since it's Ebisu, you'll probably notice many Sapporo Beer advertisements.
Summer! Beer! Bench!🐧!

And, as the beer company intended, the summer season made me want to drink beer... lol
I bought a can of beer at the convenience store on the way back and I'm writing this article...
If your purpose is to go to Ebisu Garden Place, this is a resting place that could also be used as a meeting place in Ebisu.
Also, it's a place to quickly eat your packed onigiri or lunch near Ebisu Station.
So, why not use it as a place to rest in Ebisu?
