It's located between Nishi-Ogikubo Station on the Chuo Line and the stations on the Seibu Shinjuku Line. The management office for this visit is closer from the Seibu Shinjuku Line side.
The park management office is located on the Igai side of Momoihara Park, near Ogikubo Hospital. Next to the office, you'll find the rest area.
Inside the rest area, there are vending machines and tables. It's a great place to cool off in the summer, isn't it?
