I visited at night, and it had a great atmosphere along the Meguro River. It could be a nice date spot in Gotanda too.

 

The benches were in a block shape, like Tetris.

There's a convenience store nearby, so it's a great place to eat lunch. It seems like you could easily have a picnic there.
