You know, you can actually walk from Hamamatsucho to Tokyo Tower for a nice stroll!
So, here's a spot to take a break that I found after visiting Tokyo Tower.
To get to Shiba Daimon 2-chome Children's Playground, go from Hamamatsucho Station towards the Daiichi Keihin Road (National Route 15) and the Shuto Expressway's Inner Circular Route (C1). It's located on the opposite side of the Hamamatsucho police box.

You might expect it to be a bit run-down since it's at the intersection of the Daiichi Keihin Road and the Shuto Expressway, but isn't it a beautifully maintained playground!?
It's a bit small because it's a children's playground, not a park, but the playground equipment is relatively new, so it might be a hidden gem!

There are four benches lined up on the side of the playground!
The planting on the back fence is stylish. It creates a nice atmosphere ♪

These are two-seater benches with weather resistance.
With handrails, they're easy to use even for those with weak legs.
I personally can't believe how clean they are, considering they're near a highway and a national road (lol)

The playground equipment includes a slide and parallel bars (I think?).
The ground around the equipment is designed to prevent children from scraping their knees, so it's safe ♪
It seems like a good place to take a break on the way to Shiba Park or Tokyo Tower from Hamamatsucho.
You can also use it as a place to eat your lunch.
Also, when the benches are crowded, please visit "Hamamatsucho 4-chome Children's Playground" on the opposite side!

By the way, you can enjoy a yakatabune (traditional Japanese boat) from the canal under the Shuto Expressway!
You can make reservations at "Tsuri Fun Yakatabune Takeuchi" and "Nawa An" nearby.
So, why not use this as a place to take a break and sit down around Hamamatsucho?
