To get to Tokyo Midtown Hibiya, go through the ticket gates at Tokyo Metro Hibiya Station and it's directly connected to B1F from Exit A5.
Tokyo Midtown Hibiya is a new commercial facility that opened on March 29, 2018. With 60 unique stores, it offers a high-quality experience unique to Hibiya.
And, if you access the 6th floor from the escalator next to TOHO Cinemas on the 4th floor of Tokyo Midtown, there is a resting area called "Park View Garden."

Many wooden and stone benches are installed in the Park View Garden.
As for the congestion situation, when I checked it on weekends and holidays in the evening, about 70% of the seats were occupied.
It seems that the fact that it was open for only two months also contributed, but the benches overlooking Hibiya Park and the Otemachi/Imperial Palace Outer Garden area were popular.
The soft light shining from the foot of the benches and the night view of the roads and high-rise buildings match, creating a stylish atmosphere in the sky garden.
It's becoming a romantic date spot in Hibiya!
Before you go there, ladies, let's get perfectly ready in the makeup room at "Tokyo Midtown Hibiya Restroom 3F"!
Also, the sky garden has a stylish cafe called "Q CAFE."
Walking towards the cafe on the deck....
There's a resting area where you can sit, even in places that are often overlooked.

There are 12 single-seater chairs with a nice atmosphere!
"Isn't this the waiting area for the cafe...?"
I, the administrator, Pen-ta, thought so, but it functions as a wonderful resting area.

When there are many couples and it's difficult to take a break, let's use these single seats.
From the glass window in front of the chairs, you can enjoy the view and night view of Otemachi and Yurakucho.
Also, the design of these chairs is unique, with openings to prevent stuffiness of the seat.

So, it was a new spot where you can enjoy the night view of Tokyo for free!
It's a spot that I would recommend for Tokyo sightseeing, and it's also a great place to stop by and relax when you come to Hibiya or Yurakucho.
By the way, there is a spot where you can enjoy the night view of Ginza for free, which is about a 5-minute walk from here, so let's stop by as well!

So, why not use it as a resting area where you can sit while shopping at Tokyo Midtown Hibiya?
