There are benches along the promenade that runs from the stylish red brick library in Kita-ku to Chuo Park.

There were rows of two-seater benches. I visited on a weekend, and it was a quiet environment, perfect for a break during a walk in Chuo Park.

In front of you is the Jujo Garrison of the Ground Self-Defense Force.
The outer perimeter of this garrison has no traffic lights or pedestrian crossings, making it a recommended running course.
So, why not use this area as a resting place near Higashi-Jujo Station?
