“There are surprisingly many things to see, like the free zoo and the D51!”
Here’s an introduction to Showa Park, which is often mistaken for Showa Memorial Park.

It’s located along Edo Kaido, a short walk from Higashi-nakagami Station.
Look for the baseball field as a landmark. There’s also an indoor pool at the sports center next door.

Well, Showa Park is quite spacious, but somehow I forgot to take a picture of the entire park…
So, I’ll introduce a bench where you can enjoy the chirping of parakeets.

You can relax on this bench while watching the parakeets having a meeting!

It's also a fun spot where you can meet deer with lovely eyes. Oh, that wasn’t about the benches!

There's also a D51 on display and various other things to enjoy in the park.
Don’t just go to Showa Memorial Park, come to Showa Park too!
It's also recommended for families with children.
By the way, there was a video introducing the benches with the parakeets.

So, how about using this area around Higashi-nakagami Station as a place to take a break?
