Introducing the rest area "Karuizawa Station | Momiji Plaza | Rest Spot" at 11 min walk from karuizawa Station.
There's a plaza with beautiful maple trees at the rotary in front of the North Exit (toward Kyu-Karuizawa) of Karuizawa Station.
There are four stone benches near the souvenir shops.
It seems like a good place to meet up in Karuizawa, too.
