To get to Muza Kawasaki, go out of the JR Kawasaki Station West Exit, head towards Lazona, and turn left at the Lazona entrance, then walk along the covered deck.
Enter Muza on the 2nd floor from the deck, and you'll find a resting area on the 1st floor restaurant floor, down the escalator in front of you.
There are three circular benches that can seat 10 people each.
Regarding the congestion, when I checked around lunchtime on weekends and holidays, many people were using the space to rest.
It's a relatively spacious rest area, so you can relax without feeling cramped.
As for the environment of the rest area, it's on the restaurant floor, so it might not be the most peaceful place depending on the time of day.
Since there are many seats, it's convenient when you want to take a break indoors near Kawasaki Station.
Why not use it for a rest while shopping at Muza Kawasaki, or as a place to sit and relax near Kawasaki Station?
