At the west exit of Kita-Senju Station, you'll find large commercial facilities like Lumine and Marui, as well as the Shukuba-machi-dori Shopping Street.
It's convenient to have direct access to the pedestrian deck from the station, connecting to JR lines, Tokyo Metro, and Tobu lines!

Lumine is located in the station building, giving it a strong presence.
And, there are places on the pedestrian deck where you can sit and take a break!

Two-seater benches line the side of the flower bed.

Although they are made of metal, the seats are wooden, so they seem to have some consideration for comfort.
With handrails, these are user-friendly benches that are easy for the elderly to use.
Even so, there's a ventilation opening next to the bench. I wonder if it lights up with the lighting.

Oh, there were three-seater benches lined up on the Marui side.
It's convenient as a meeting spot in Kita-Senju!
You can take a break and sit down with about 30 people on the pedestrian deck in Kita-Senju.

I took a panoramic view from the Lumine elevator!
There's a smoking area at the far left of the pedestrian deck, and it was quite crowded.
Although it's a bit unsettling due to the high foot traffic, it's a good place to use when you want to quickly eat your lunchbox in Kita-Senju or use it as a meeting spot.
"Are there any rest areas surrounded by nature near Kita-Senju Station!?"
If you're wondering that, I recommend the "Lumine Kita-Senju 10F Rooftop Plaza", as it's open and airy! I think it's perfect for families with children.
So, why not try using these rest areas in Kita-Senju as a place to sit and relax?
